Self – aligning sets

Through or direct idlers help keeping the belt in the middle of conveyor, when some temporary or intermediary conditions could cause the deflection of belt. Two small side rollers are located vertically to the base frame for to ensure the automatic returning of the belt. The sets are usually placed every 30 m and they are not located closer as 15 m from the head or from the band wheel end. The effectiveness of these sets is increased with use of urethan discs.
